Nisha (Xian) Energy Technology Co.,Ltd was set up by Dr. X.D.Yang on 2018 with a team of 30+ (including a few senior level consultants) top Chinese LNG and Cryogenic Engineering experts (15+years of both domestic and international LNG experience on average). Through a solid cooperation with the well-known scholar group from Cryogenic Engineering Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), we are dedicated to contributing the best solutions for our client’s LNG projects, which covers the entire LNG value chain, i,e, Liquefaction Plant, Receiving, Storage and Vaporization Terminal, LNG Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment, LNG Refueling&Bunkering, Offshore LNG etc. The team is also working on other cryogenic engineering applications, e.g. Special Gas Recovery projects etc.

　　目前共有员工40 多名，含特聘顾问，本科及以上学历占比超过90%，具有享受国务院特殊津贴的高级技术专家3 名，教授（博导）2 名，研究员3 名，高级工程师（含教授级）18 名，工学博士8 名。

　　我们有超过10余名资深专家（具备15年以上海内外LNG及低温工程项目建设运营经验），这些专家合计参与设计施工或是直接作为业主方的LNG工厂项目超过100个，LNG接收站项目超过10个，大型LNG气化站项目5个。在液化天然气领域，公司拥有高效的LNG专业执行团队，可以为客户量身定做最优的解决方案。

We have 40+ employees,including a few senior level consultants. More than 90% have Bachelor degree or above. 3 high-level expert have professor or equalivant title, 18 have registered engineer or senior engineer title and 8 have engineering Ph.D degree.

We have a professional team of 10+ top Chinese LNG and Cryogenic Engineering experts，including well-known experts and scholars in cryogenics and LNG industry，(15+years of both domestic and international LNG experience averagely).These professionals have been invloved in more than 100 LNG plants ，10 LNG Receiving Terminal projects and 5 large-scale LNG Vaporization projects as either designer or direct client engineers for O&M. We have built up a highly efficient LNG workforce to offer highly professional LNG project services and been capable of delivering optimized solutions tailored per needs of our valuable customers.

公司业绩 / PERFORMANCE

　　公司（含母公司及其所有者个人拥有）目前拥有发明及实用新型专利17个（含LNG液化技术Cryoptimum ®），申请中的发明专利5项，获得全球独家授权的专利11项；此外，公司还拥有离岸式LNG设施的软件著作权1项。公司已完成的LNG及能源储运项目超过50个，目前正在执行的LNG及其他轻烃项目8个。

We (with our parent company and her owner personal inclusive) currently own 17 LNG patents,e.g. Cryoptimum® LNG Technology, 5 more patents under applicaiton. In addition, we were globally exculsively authoried for 11 patents. . Company has procured or be authorized for 5 enginneering  softwares, e.g. Aspen HYSYS etc. Accomplished more than 50 LNG and related Projects，8 more LNG or HC Recovery Projects are undergoing.
