曹承先先生毕业于郑州工学院电力系统及自动化专业，拥有超过 30 年的大型石油化工及能源项目电气管理与技术实战经验 。在其职业生涯早期，他曾因在 110KV 总变电站施工管理中创立“3个月完成安装”的优质工程，被树立为行业学习的“总变精神”标杆 。在技术攻关方面，他展现了卓越的自主创新能力，曾在外国专家缺席的情况下组织团队独立完成大型 UPS 的修复工作，为国家节省了大量外汇 。作为项目电气负责人，他先后主导并参与了 CNOOC 珠海 LNG、鄂尔多斯星星能源 LNG、延长石油延安能化资源综合利用等多个国家级及省级重点工程 。其主导的项目多次实现一次试车成功，其中三聚氰胺项目更荣获中国建筑行业最高奖项——“鲁班奖” 。2025年于延长石油退休后，加入尼莎（西安）能源科技有限公司任主任电气工程师。

A Senior Engineer in Power Systems and Automation with over 30 years of expertise in electrical management for major energy projects. He established the "General Substation Spirit" for high-quality engineering execution and led electrical operations for national-scale projects including CNOOC Zhuhai LNG, Ordos Xingxing Energy LNG, and Yanchang Petroleum. His technical leadership has been recognized with the prestigious Luban Award for achieving successful first-time test runs on complex industrial systems.He retired from Yanchang Petroleum in 2025 and subsequently joined Nisha (Xi’an) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. as Chief Electrical Engineer.
